The company
Brian King Roofing
Brian King Roofing has served East Tennessee homeowners and businesses since 1991. We are a family-owned, second-generation roofing contractor based in Seymour, Tennessee, and we focus exclusively on retail roofing: we work for you, the property owner, not for an insurance company.

Why customers choose us
We have been here since 1991. My dad started this company the year I was born. We are not going anywhere, and the name on the truck is our family’s name. That matters when you are choosing who to trust with your roof.
We are retail only. We don’t chase storms, and we don’t file insurance claims. Our customers find us by referral, call us when they are ready, and get a straight answer about what their roof needs and what it will cost.
We hold the top certifications in the business. Brian King Roofing is an Owens Corning Platinum Preferred Contractor, a status that fewer than one percent of roofing contractors in the country hold. We are also a Versico Certified Installer for commercial TPO and EPDM systems and a VELUX Certified Installer for skylights and sun tunnels.
The owners are on the job. I run residential operations personally. If you call the office, there is a good chance you will talk to me, my dad, or my wife, Brittany.
What we don’t do
We don’t chase storms. We don’t handle insurance claims for customers. We don’t offer roof cleaning, pressure washing, or moss treatment as a standalone service. If that’s what you need, we’ll tell you so and point you in the right direction.
